Hi and welcome to to my website.
My name is Eddie Bugajewski, I’m an Australian born, freelance photographer based in Brisbane, Australia where I live with my wife, two children and our much loved dog Harley.
I developed this web site to showcase my work and love for photography. I have been fortunate enough to live in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. This has given me the opportunity to mix my work, my love of travel and four wheel driving and camping to visit many beautiful countries and places to build up a broad portfolio of images.
I have been a photographer for many years, and I rekindled my love for photography during an expatriate assignment in the United States. I am self-taught, however, I have had the opportunity to work with many talented photographers, and attend many workshops to hone my skills in capturing our beautiful world.
To me, good photography and capturing a great image takes time and involves many hours of continual improvement in technique and experience. It’s about planning the location and understanding the light and framing the image to capture its stunning and unique beauty.
My passion is in landscape, architecture, night photography, seascapes, portraits, street photography, and product photography. I can be found out and about capturing my images either early mornings for the sunrises and late in the afternoon for the sunsets due to the fantastic light and dramatic effects, then into the evening to capture night and light trail images.
My toolkit includes Nikon and Sony equipment, including crop sensor and full frame bodies, Nikon Gold Ring, Sony FE GM and Sigma Art lenses.
